Whole-system duct and dryer vent check with before-and-after photos - you see exactly what came out of your vents
That "$99 whole-house special" is a bait ad - the real number appears once they are in your hallway, or the "clean" is a shop-vac at the register. We photograph the inside of your ducts before and after instead.
Available Franchise Territories
Morton’s Air Duct Cleaning is opening protected territories in twelve states, and the first owners into each market get something money can’t buy later: the right to be the only Morton’s in their area. That means no competing with another Morton’s van parked two blocks over. No bidding wars over the same phone call. Just a clean, defined patch of ground where you build the reputation, keep the customers, and own the name. Open territory means exactly that: nobody has claimed it yet.
Open Markets
These states currently have open territory for the right owner. A few notes on why each market works for air duct cleaning:
- Texas – Long cooling seasons in Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio mean HVAC systems run hard eight months a year, loading ducts with dust and pollen.
- Florida – Humidity breeds mold and mildew in ductwork faster than almost anywhere in the country, so demand never really dips.
- California – Wildfire smoke and year-round allergy seasons in places like the Central Valley and Inland Empire keep air duct cleaning on the family calendar every single year.
- Georgia – Atlanta’s sprawl means thousands of aging suburban homes with duct systems that haven’t been touched since they were built.
- North Carolina – The Research Triangle and Charlotte keep adding families with kids and pets, which is exactly who calls us.
- Arizona – Dust storms and evaporative cooler homes in Phoenix and Tucson put fine grit in ducts at a rate that surprises first-time homeowners.
- Tennessee – Nashville and Knoxville are growing fast, and a lot of those new residents moved into older homes with unknown duct history.
- Ohio – Cold winters and humid summers mean furnaces and ACs both circulate air through ducts most of the year, collecting everything along the way.
- Pennsylvania – Philadelphia and Pittsburgh have dense housing stock, much of it decades old, and old ducts hold old dust.
- Colorado – High-altitude dryness plus frequent wind means fine particulate matter settles in duct systems and stays there until someone removes it.
- Washington – The Puget Sound region sees damp months that push mold into duct interiors, especially in homes without modern filtration.
- Virginia – Northern Virginia’s growth and Tidewater’s humidity create steady, year-round demand from families who want clean air in older and newer homes alike.
How Territories Work
A protected territory is a defined geographic area, typically built around a metro area or a cluster of communities, where you have exclusive rights to operate as Morton’s Air Duct Cleaning. Nobody else under the Morton’s name can market there, answer a call there, or park a van there. You are the name in that territory, and you build it the same way every Cedarwell location does: one home at a time.
Exclusivity matters because air duct cleaning is a trust business. Homeowners let you into their houses, around their kids, near their pets. When a neighbor tells another neighbor about the Morton’s crew that showed up in shoe covers, put down drop cloths, explained the price before touching a vent, and left a photo of the clean-up, the next call goes to that same crew. If another Morton’s could answer that call, the trust splits. It does not.
Reserving a territory starts with a conversation. You call the franchise line at (323) 918-4345, a live person answers, and you talk through which markets are still open. If a territory fits what you are looking for, the next step is a review of the area’s size, population, and housing stock. A territory is reserved once the agreement is signed and the initial terms are met. Until then, it stays open, and the first qualified owner to claim it gets it.

Why Morton’s Territories Hold Their Value
The Morton’s name carries weight because the promise is specific. Every job gets a written price before work starts. Technicians arrive background-checked and in uniform. Shoe covers go on before the front door closes. Drop cloths protect the floors. Quiet tools keep the peace during nap hours. Pet-safe products get used wherever there is a choice. And before the crew leaves, there is a photo of the clean-up, proof the house looks better than it did when they arrived. That is the Cedarwell Care Promise, and it works in every market because families with kids and pets ask the same questions everywhere: who is in my house, what will it cost, and what will it look like when they leave.
Paul Adeyemi started Morton’s because the air in your home should be clean, and the promise should be plain. That is the whole idea behind the name. Clean ducts, clean air, clean floors after. Owners who join Morton’s get that name, that promise, and a protected area where they can build something that lasts. Texas, Florida, California, Georgia, North Carolina, Arizona, Tennessee, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Colorado, Washington, and Virginia are open right now. The map will not stay open.
