Whole-system duct and dryer vent check with before-and-after photos - you see exactly what came out of your vents
That "$99 whole-house special" is a bait ad - the real number appears once they are in your hallway, or the "clean" is a shop-vac at the register. We photograph the inside of your ducts before and after instead.

Mention the offer when you book. One offer per household per visit; offers can’t be combined with each other and don’t apply to work already quoted or completed. Local pricing and availability vary by location - your local Morton’s Air Duct Cleaning team confirms the final price in writing before any work begins.
Every job is priced the same way: a free written estimate
We price the job, not the hour. Before anyone touches anything, you get the full price for the specific work in writing - no hourly meter, no membership to join, no financing to sign, and no line items added afterwards. If the number isn’t right for you, the estimate is still free and you owe us nothing.
How We Price Air Duct Cleaning Work
Every job at Morton’s is priced job by job, off a free written estimate. There’s no hourly rate ticking in the background, no plan to sign up for, nothing to join. Before anyone picks up a tool, you see the full number in writing – and that number is what you pay. That’s the whole model.
The reason we work this way is simple. Air duct systems vary. A two-story home built in the 1990s with original flex ductwork is a different job than a newer build with a tight, well-sealed trunk-and-branch system. Quoting a flat price before we see what’s actually in your home wouldn’t be honest to you, and quoting by the hour gives you no real number to plan around. A written estimate before work starts gives you both things: a price built for your specific system, locked in before we begin.
What a Visit Actually Costs You to Find Out
Nothing. The estimate visit is free.
When we come out, we look at the system – the supply and return vents, the air handler, the ductwork layout – and we ask you a few questions about the home and how it’s been used. The whole thing takes about 20 to 30 minutes. At the end, you have a written price for the specific job. If you want to move forward, we schedule the work. If you’d rather think it over or get another opinion, you’re completely free to do that. No pressure, no follow-up calls designed to wear you down. The estimate is yours to keep either way.
When People Usually Call Us
A few situations come up again and again in this work, and they’re worth knowing about so you can spot them in your own home.
Moving into a home is the most common one. You don’t know how the previous owners lived, whether they had pets, or the last time – if ever – the ducts were cleaned. Starting fresh makes sense before you spend a season breathing whatever’s been sitting in those channels.
After a renovation is another clear moment. Drywall dust, sawdust, and construction debris travel fast through an HVAC system. Even a small bathroom remodel can push fine particulate into ducts throughout the house.
Spring is when allergy concerns show up most, partly because pollen is everywhere and partly because people start opening windows and noticing air quality for the first time in months.
Early fall, when the furnace kicks on for the first time since spring, is when a lot of families notice something off – a smell, a puff of dust from the registers, or just a general stubbornness about the air in the house. Everything that settled over the summer gets stirred up on that first cold day.
Dryer vent cleaning becomes especially relevant through the winter months, when laundry loads are heavier and the dryer runs more often. Lint buildup in the vent line is the kind of thing that happens slowly and goes unnoticed until it becomes a real problem.
What You Can Expect From Us Either Way
Whether you’re here because of an offer or just because you found us through a search, the job works the same way.
Paul Adeyemi and the Morton’s crew operate under the Cedarwell Care Promise, which isn’t a marketing phrase – it’s a specific set of things that happen on every visit. Shoe covers go on before we walk in. Drop cloths go down before equipment comes out. If the kids are sleeping, we work quietly. If you have a dog or a cat, we’ll ask about product choices before we start, because pet-safe matters.
Every completed job is backed by the 365-Day Done Right Promise: if the work isn’t right, we make it right. Full stop. And before we leave, we take a photo of the clean-up – not because we assume you’ll doubt us, but because we want you to see what we saw when we walked back through.
Our technicians are background-checked and arrive in uniform. The equipment we use comes from brands we trust: Rotobrush, Nikro, Honeywell, Aprilaire, Abatement Technologies, and Guardsman. Not rental gear, not the cheapest option available – the kind of equipment that does the job correctly.
Common Questions
Is the estimate really free?
Yes, completely. We come to the home, assess the system, and give you a written price at no charge. There’s no obligation to book, and we won’t call repeatedly if you decide it’s not the right time. The estimate costs you nothing and commits you to nothing.
Do you offer financing or a monthly plan?
We don’t, and that’s a deliberate choice. Morton’s prices each job off a free written estimate – no payment plans, no subscriptions, no memberships, nothing to sign up for. We think it’s cleaner that way: one price, in writing, before we start. If the number doesn’t work for you right now, we’d rather you know that upfront than carry a product that doesn’t fit how we operate.
Can I combine two offers?
One offer applies per household per visit. If you’re seeing a first-visit offer on the page, that’s the one that applies to your first completed service. If you have a question about what applies to your specific job, the person who answers when you call is a real human – ask them directly and they’ll give you a straight answer.
Does the price change once you’re here?
No. The written estimate is the price. If we get into the work and find something we didn’t see during the estimate – a damaged duct section, a secondary issue we couldn’t spot before – we stop, explain what we found, and give you a new written price before we do anything about it. You never get a surprise on the invoice.
