The Promise, in One Paragraph
Every job Morton’s Air Duct Cleaning performs is backed by the 365-Day Done Right Promise – part of the Cedarwell Care Promise that applies to every location in our family of companies. If the work we did isn’t holding up the way it should within 365 days of your service date, call us. We’ll come back, we’ll look at it, and we’ll make it right. No forms to fill out. No fee to invoke it. No asterisks to squint at.
What’s Covered
- The workmanship on your job. If we cleaned your ducts or dryer vent and something about how we did the work isn’t right, that’s on us to fix.
- Parts we supplied and installed. Anything we brought to the job and installed is covered for the full 365-day window.
- A return visit at no charge. If you call us back within 365 days over a concern with our work, we schedule the visit and there’s no charge for it.
- A re-do when a repair doesn’t hold. If we repaired something and it doesn’t stay repaired, we come back and do it again until it does.
- Clean-up. Shoe covers and drop cloths are included on every visit – on the original job and on any return visit under this promise. We leave your home the way we found it, or better.
- A photo before we leave. Every visit under this promise ends the same way the original job did: a photo of the cleaned-up work area, so you have a record.
What Isn’t Covered
- Damage from something that happened after our visit. A storm, a flood, a contractor working on something else – if something outside our work caused a new problem, that falls outside the promise. Call us anyway and we’ll come look; we’ll tell you honestly what we’re seeing.
- Work done by someone other than Morton’s. If another company worked on your duct system or dryer vent after we did, we can’t stand behind what we didn’t do.
- Parts you supplied. We can only vouch for materials we sourced and installed ourselves. Parts a customer purchases separately aren’t covered under this promise.
- Normal wear on equipment we didn’t install. Equipment ages on its own schedule. If something in your system was already aging before we arrived and it continues to wear, that isn’t our workmanship – but we’ll explain exactly what we’re looking at so you can make an informed call.
- Problems you declined to have addressed. If Paul or one of our technicians flagged something during your original visit and you chose to hold off on it, that specific issue sits outside the promise. We still document what we noted, so if you change your mind, we have the history on file.
How to Use the Promise
Step 1: Call (323) 918-4345 or book online
You don’t need a receipt, a claim number, or a form. A live person answers that number around the clock. Just tell them you’re calling about a return visit under the 365-Day Done Right Promise.
Step 2: Tell us the job and roughly when
We keep every job on file – the service date, what was done, which technician was on the visit. You don’t need to dig through paperwork. A general “it was sometime last spring, you cleaned the main system” is enough to get us started.
Step 3: We schedule the return visit
We’ll find a time that works for your household – that includes quiet hours if you have kids who nap, or a window that works around a pet’s routine. The visit is at no charge.
Step 4: We make it right
Our technician will look at the concern, explain what they’re seeing, and fix what falls under our work. If for any reason it takes more than one trip, we keep coming until it’s right. That’s the promise.
Timing
The 365-day window opens on your service date and runs exactly one year. If you reach out with a concern just after that window has closed, we’ll still take the call and we’ll still come look – we’re not going to hang up on someone over a technicality. Each Morton’s location is independently owned and operated, but every one of them is part of the Cedarwell family, and every one of them honors this promise the same way. The name on the truck changes by city. The commitment doesn’t.
Questions About the Promise
If you’re not sure whether something is covered, or you just want to talk through a concern before you schedule, call (323) 918-4345. A real person answers – not a voicemail, not a bot. We’re glad to explain exactly what the promise covers for your specific job, and we’ll be straight with you either way.
